What do you do when asked to create a PORTAL OR E-COMMERCE WEBSITE DESIGN that has a large number of colorful elements that must be featured on each page? You want a clean, simple look . . . How can you achieve it while avoiding clutter?

Go minimalist young man, go minimalist! In this design we developed for an online portal we used a minimalist design aesthetic. The layout of the page only has three basic design elements: The cool sunglasses at the top of the page, the light grey grid lines that define the layout, and white space.

By the careful use of these three elements and an orderly layout that gives structure to the page, we achieved a clean look while supporting plenty of content and graphics. A minimalist approach with great results!
