One of the challenges of real estate web design is providing an attractive, simple interface for online business services. The client found that their Real Estate Professionals were not utilizing online services previously setup for them. One reason was the confusing and overly technical interface. In our redesign of the Online Design Center, a subsidiary of the global RE/MAX network, we sought to alleviate that problem.

The Online Design Center allows RE/MAX Agents to easily create and print marketing materials. It streamlines the process, providing consistent and professional results. We sought to tell the RE/MAX Agent clearly and simply what the RE/MAX Online Design Center is designed to do for them. Also, this interface design is a call to action, showing the user the compelling benefits the tool provides.
To provide further assistance, we developed a Step-by-Step Tutorial CD for RE/MAX Agents that explains in clear simple terms and graphics how to use the Online Design Center. The interactive CD walks them through the process of using the Online Design Center, providing instruction at the pace of the user. This gives RE/MAX Agents everything they need to successfully use this innovative tool.
The end result? An enthusiastic adoption of the critical new tool by RE/MAX Agents!
